Kingman Arizona - Hualapai mountain park

 Soooooo some of our stays have been booked via pre-planned trip arrangements by my beautiful and amazing wife. Some have been by fluke, refusing to settle and luck. This one was planned and turned out to be a winner. 110 degrees on Kingman and about 85 with a constant and steady cool breeze on the mountain.

What a lovely surprise after being in the desert for sooooo long! We were right on the Snake River with beautiful sunsets, grass, and fresh breezes, even though it was hot.  and there were beans... miles and miles of beans.

After a quick stop in Burns, OR we made it to Bend and Sara😍. We stayed at 2 different campgrounds, Bend-Sunriver was closer to Sara so we got to see her a lot. We floated down the Deschutes River (no photos, we couldn't manage a camera on the river), hung out in Drake's Park, climbed Mount Tumalo 😳, ate some great food and still had time to just be together at the campsite.
